Removable Dentures

Dentures are custom made replacement for natural teeth. Dentures are designed to be natural-looking and come in two varieties: full and partial. Eyvazi Dental provides custom made full and partial dentures to revive the smile of patients who have lost some or all of their natural teeth.

Full & Partial Dentures

Full dentures are for patients who have lost all of their natural teeth. Conventional full dentures are meant to be worn a few months after the removal of the last tooth to allow time for the gums to heal; however, there is an option in immediate full dentures which can be used right away, but do require frequent adjustments in the early stages of the new fitting.

Partial dentures are used to fill in the areas where natural teeth have been removed. The partial denture is generally supported by a metal frame which is connected to natural teeth although non-metal versions are also available.

Implant Supported Dentures

Implant supported dentures, as the name implies, are similar to conventional full dentures, but are attached to dental implants for stability. Implant supported dentures can be fixed (screw retained) or removable so they can be removed and cleaned like conventional dentures.

The advantage of implant supported full dentures is the additional stability that the implants provide. Since the implants are firmly attached to the jaw bone, it makes for a denture with a sturdy fit.
